Complete the alcohol and drug assessment and evaluation (47 O.S. § 6-212.2)

The Board of Tests states that by enrolling in IDAP a person can obtain Class D driving privileges if eligible, and that Service Oklahoma is the only agency that issues driving privileges. 47 O.S. § 6-212.3(A)(1) sets a $50.00 restricted driver license fee and an interlock-only restriction. Service Oklahoma states Modified Driver Licenses are not available for DUI-related offenses.

When the interlock can be removed
Compliance-based through IDAP: the Board of Tests issues a completion certificate only after the active-interlock-day requirement (180/365/730 days by offense) and participation criteria are met with no violations in the last 90 active days (47 O.S. § 6-212.5(A)(4) requires violation-free periods of no less than 90 days). The device may be removed after Service Oklahoma reinstates the license. No early-removal provision and no removal fee cap were found; manufacturers set their own fees on schedules filed with the Board.

Will you have to retake the test? Re-examination in Oklahoma

Expiry, not the withdrawal itself: a license expired for more than 3 years cannot be renewed, and the driver retests and applies for a new license. 47 O.S. § 6-209 frames the new-license application after reinstatement as subject to the customary written, physical and driving tests only if such tests are required.
