WheelsBack is an independent reference directory for getting a driver's license back after a DUI or a suspension: ignition interlock rules, SR-22 filings, points, reinstatement, hardship licenses and record clearing, for all 50 states and DC. It is not a law firm, a state agency, an insurer, or an interlock vendor, and none of those owns or controls it.
Who runs it
WheelsBack is edited by Ryan. Ryan is a software engineer, not an attorney. He built the system that checks every figure on this site against the statute, regulation, or agency page it is quoted from, records the date of each check, and withdraws records from search engines when they go unverified. Nothing on WheelsBack is his interpretation of the law: the tables state what the cited source says, and the source controls.
What WheelsBack does not do
It does not give legal advice, does not create an attorney–client relationship, does not collect personal information, and does not accept news articles, law-firm blogs, or vendor marketing as the basis for any figure.
