SR-22 (prueba de responsabilidad financiera futura). Conforme a AS 28.20.230(c), la persona condenada por DUI bajo AS 28.35.030 o por negativa a la prueba bajo AS 28.35.032 debe mantener la prueba durante 5 años (sin condena previa), 10 años (una condena previa), 20 años (dos previas) o mientras tenga licencia (tres o más previas). El DMV exige, al momento del restablecimiento, una prueba del seguro SR-22 con fecha dentro de los últimos 30 días.
